Share your personal COVID-19 pandemic story

The main intention for gathering your stories is to create an online remembrance book of the Lincolnshire NHS response to the COVID-19 pandemic for now and the future. All stories that are published on the site are publicly available for anyone to read.  

All information you submit in your story will be subject to approval and, once published, available on this website, which is open to the public.

We anticipate that we may receive media interest in the Lincolnshire Recognition programme, and this may include requests to publish selected personal stories and accompanying images on non-NHS sites (such as a local newspaper website). Where we choose to support these requests, we will inform the contributors of the selected stories first.
